Jennifer Marlborough New York Employment Lawyer, Commercial Litigation Mediator
Since 2013, Jennifer Marlborough has served as Of Counsel to the Marlborough Law Firm. She has been admitted to practice law since 1998.
Jennifer earned her law degree from Boston University in 1998. While at Boston University, Jennifer served as Editor-in-Chief of the Boston University International Law Journal.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Connecticut College. As an undergraduate Jennifer participated on the track team and was active in student government and participated on the Judiciary Board.
Jennifer spent many years honing her skills as a complex litigation attorney. From 1998 to 2012, Jennifer worked as an associate at the law firm of Wormser, Kiely, Galef and Jacobs, LLP. At that firm, she worked on numerous high-profile commercial litigation cases, including employment law cases. The New York Post once referred to Jennifer as “a high-powered attorney,” in connection with her zealous advocacy of her client.
Jennifer is also a certified mediator. She received mediation training through the New York Peace Institute and serves on the mediation panels of the Southern District of New York and the New York State Commercial Division.
Jennifer is a competitive racewalker. She has participated in numerous marathon and ultra marathon competitions. Jennifer’s other interests and hobbies include participating in her local Parent Teacher’s Association, and the Long Island Parents of Multiples Club. Jennifer has also volunteered her time working with All About Cats, a cat rescue program on Long Island.
Jennifer is licensed to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court; the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
